Appeals against a decision

Authors who believe a rejection was based on a misunderstanding or factual error may appeal once. Send a letter to Info@s-epub.in within 30 days of the decision, quoting the manuscript number and explaining point by point why the decision should be reconsidered. The appeal is assessed by an editor who was not involved in the original decision, who may seek a further review. The outcome of the appeal is final.

Complaints

Complaints about the handling of a manuscript, delays, the behaviour of editors or reviewers, or the content of a published article are also welcome at Info@s-epub.in. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within five working days and respond in full within four weeks. If you are not satisfied, you may refer the matter to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
